These charts show the body measurements I use as a guide for each size. Think of them as a starting point — how relaxed or fitted you like things matters too. The styles are based on a 5’7” female. Adding length to tops is an option as is removing.

The Mile shorts feature a contoured waistband (yoga athletic fabric), a looser fit in thigh, and the option to add built in bIke short liner.
